1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThenCatch ("the Site"), located at thencatch.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes. 2. Description of Service

ThenCatch provides free, browser-based developer tools and utilities including but not limited to URL parsing and building, JSON editing and format conversion, Base64 encoding and decoding, password and hash generation, regex testing, QR code generation, and other developer-oriented utilities ("the Services"). These tools are provided as-is for informational and utility purposes.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site or its infrastructure
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to scrape or extract data from the Site in a manner that degrades service for other users
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without express written consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Site or its underlying software
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Services

4. User Data and Privacy

Most of our tools process data entirely in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to the data you input into our client-side tools. For tools that require server-side processing (such as URL validation or DNS lookups), we process only the minimum data necessary and do not retain your inputs.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, its original content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, blog articles, and software), features, and functionality are owned by ThenCatch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the output generated by our tools (e.g., encoded strings, formatted JSON, generated passwords) freely. However, the tool interfaces, designs, and editorial content remain our property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ThenCatch does not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
  • Any defects in the Services will be corrected

You use the Services at your own risk. We recommend verifying any critical output (such as generated passwords or encoded data) before use in production systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThenCatch and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ThenCatch. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

9. Advertising

The Site may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense. These ads help support the free availability of our tools.
